Our aims
We aim to provide high quality standards of care to vulnerable adults aged 18 years to the end of life in the Greater Manchester area. This is a domiciliary care service which embraces people with all forms of disability which include the elderly people, mentally challenged, and physically disabled. We aim to provide a person-centred approach and we offer our services to people living in their own homes. We have high respect for human rights and as an entity we highly prioritise privacy, dignity, equality and diversity and we have a zero tolerance policy to any form of abuse or discrimination

In order to achieve our aims, we have set objectives which we will be implementing in all our services, these include:

A person-centred care approach where we treat people as individuals and not as a group.

Building a rapport
Assigning key workers to each individual client, to give them the best attention possible and build a rapport between our service users and our staff.
